That's what folks hire personal trainers for. They're not there to go easy on you. They're there to make sure you drop those pounds and don't go easy on yourself. People are always going easy on their selves. It's what we do best. So if you're struggling to drop twenty or thirty pounds, then maybe what you need is a personal trainer to get you motivated and on the right track. You do want weight loss success, right?
